În Olanda este pe cale să se pronunţe o soluţie într-o farsă judiciară grosolană. Este vorba despre procesul penal referitor la prăbuşirea zborului MH17 al Malaysia Airlines de la Amsterdam înspre Kuala Lumpur, la 17 iulie 2014. Rămăşiţele avionului s-au împrăştiat pe un teritoriu deţinut de Republica din Donetsk şi probabil a fost lovit în spaţiul aerian corespunzător zonei controlate la sol de separatişti, care însă nu aveau nici un fel de control în aer (nici antiaeriană, nici aviaţie). Numai în ziua respectivă se înregistraseră în zonă circa 160 de zboruri comerciale.
Versiunea oficială (contrafăcută) este că avionul a fost doborât de o rachetă sol-aer lansată de un sistem Buk, complex adus de la Kursk, din Rusia, şi trasă de separatiştii din Donetsk.
Sunt indicaţi ca implicaţi în aducerea sistemului Buk Igor Girkin (“Strelkov” – Trăgătorul) şi încă 3 persoane. Strelkov, pensionar de armată, un aventurier apropiat al preşedintelui Crimeii, Serghei Axionov, era la acel moment comandantul militar şi un lider proeminent, după ce organizase apărarea oraşului Slavyansk, prima rezistenţă serioasă în faţa armatei ucrainene invadatoare. Cu puţin timp înainte de evenimentul MH17, Strelkov comandase retragerea până în capitala Donetsk, pentru regrupare. Apărătorii au fost întâmpinaţi în capitală de un val de hotărâre şi entuziasm popular care a galvanizat efortul de război al proaspetei republici.
Varianta oficială pretinde că racheta a explodat 4 metri deasupra vârfului avionului şi spre stânga cabinei piloţilor (cockpit), împroşcând avionul cu fragmente de focos.

Am văzut pe net atunci imagini proaspete, nu mai sunt disponibile acum, se vorbea despre exact ce scriu aici, iar imaginile erau elocvente. Dar au fost şterse, cum ştearsă a fost (inclusiv din Der Spiegel), de exemplu, declaraţia ostaticei elberată din Azovstal care a spus (am văzut pe CNN) că ei au vrut să plece, că ştiau de coridoarele umanitare, dar că au fost împiedicaţi de batalionul Azov.
Mi-am adus aminte acum de acele poze, citind un thriller de Stephen Leather “Black Ops”. Adevărul e bun oriunde îl găseşti, chiar şi într-un roman de acţiune... Iată pasajul care mi-a atras atenţia:
‘Is that right? He
blames Putin for shooting the plane down?’
Shepherd nodded.
Harper grinned as he
stamped down hard on the accelerator. ‘He couldn’t be more wrong.’
‘What, you think the
Ukrainians did it again?’
‘It was never the
Ukrainians. And it wasn’t a missile.’
‘You know something,
Lex, or is this one of your conspiracy theories?’
Harper’s grin widened.
‘Saying something is a conspiracy theory doesn’t mean it’s not true. Some
theories are true, some aren’t. Sometimes conspiracies happen and sometimes
they don’t. Did you see the photographs of the wreckage? Along with those
lovely shots of the local peasants looting through the luggage?’
‘Sure.’
‘Then you’ll have seen
that the damage to the cockpit was side on. You could see the holes.’
‘Sure. Shrapnel damage
from the missile.’
‘Except that an SA-11
anti-aircraft missile doesn’t strike side on or from below. It arcs above the
target and then homes in from above. You know that as well as I do. They’re
designed to target fast-moving fighter jets, so they don’t target the cockpit
or the engines, they zoom in and explode about twenty meters above the target,
blasting out red hot metal everywhere. The whole plane would have been peppered
with holes – but it wasn’t. The damage was focused on where the pilot was.’
‘But the plane was
blown apart.’
‘It was pressurized.
You shoot a pressurized plane and it explodes. Bang! But the only place showing
shrapnel damage was the cockpit. So how come there were holes in the cockpit?
I’ll tell you why. Machine-gun fire. From a jet. Thirty-millimeter caliber,
probably.’
‘Lex, why would a
fighter shoot down a passenger jet?’
‘Who installed the
Ukrainian government?’ Harper took his right hand off the wheel and held it up
to stop Shepherd before he could answer. ‘Obama, that’s who. America pulls the
strings.’
‘So the Ukrainians
shot the plane down for the Americans?’
Harper put his hand
back on the wheel and shook his head. ‘It was a CIA plane, but flying out of
the Ukraine. The Yanks run the Ukraine and can do what they want in the
country’s airspace. A CIA jet went up and Bob’s your uncle. The plane is shot
down and before the wreckage even stopped smoldering the US was accusing the
Russians of supplying the Ukrainian rebels with a Buk system. They get to damn
the rebels and the Russians at the same time. Turned the whole world against
them. It was the perfect black flag operation.’
‘And do you have
proof?’
‘The damage pattern
on the fuselage of the jet for one. And contacts’.
Prin urmare, a fost mitraliată cabina piloţilor dintr-un alt avion, cu gloanţe de calibrul 30 milimetri, cel mai probabil, rafală eventual însoţită de salve de tun cu proiectile cu fragmentaţie. Rezultă foarte clar din urmele lăsate pe carcasa MH17.

Această ipoteză mi se pare mult mai credibilă decât varianta pur fantezistă că separatiştii din Donetsk au luat un sistem Buk de apărare antiaeriană din Kursk, l-au transportat în Donbas şi s-au apucat să doboare avionul de pasageri. Cine le dădea sistemul din Rusia? Strelkov era prins până peste cap în ostilităţi, avea el timp să se plimbe prin Kursk? Era încă comandant, situaţia pe front era dificilă. Sunt 500 de kilometri în linie dreaptă, nici nu era posibil fizic aducerea unui sistem Buk.
Dar decisivă este vechea întrebare: Cui prodest? Ce ar fi câştigat separatiştii? Absolut nimic, e atât de ridicol încât e clar că nimeni nu s-ar fi gândit vreodată la aşa o absurditate...
Remarcaţi că din imagine lipseşte taman partea de deasupra cabinei pe care “reconstituirea” o pretinde ciuruită de şrapnel...
Încă un detaliu: înregistrarea din cutia neagră se termină brusc, semn că a fost ştearsă. Dacă era vorba despre explozia unei rachete şi de impactul fragmentelor cu cabina, acestea s-ar fi auzit în înregistrare şi nu trebuiau şterse, ci păstrate. Nu are sens ştergerea decât dacă se referă la rafale de mitralieră.
